You  can find the Wasoko App for Android devices on the Google play store.
Wasoko App is currently not available on the iOS App store.

You can become a Wasoko retailer by using the Wasoko App to register on Google play store.

Yes, to place your order you will need to be a registered Wasoko user.

You can place your order through the Wasoko App. The process will be as follows

  1. Visit the product detail page for an item you wish to buy.
  2. Under the Choose Quantity label tap on the dropdown menu to enter the quantity amounts for the items you wish to buy.
  3. When you’ve finished adding items to your cart, tap the View Cart icon.
  4. Scroll down to pick your delivery date and payment.
  5. When done, click “Place Order” at the bottom. 
  6. You’ll see a Heads Up! page if your order is successfully placed. Click Okay to dismiss the page.

You can edit your order under the “My Orders” tab, tap on the order at the bottom and proceed to edit the order.

You can cancel your order through the Wasoko App. The process is as follows:

  1. Tap on the menu on the left hand side in the app.
  2. Tap on my Orders.
  3. Then tap on the order that you would like to cancel.
  4. Tap on the cancel order button.
  5. Select the reason for canceling the order.
  6. A System confirmation pop up will appear  to cancel the order.

You can remove products from your order by clicking edit order then reduce quantity or remove products from your order.

Yes you can.  Our main payment option is cash on delivery or via mobile money on delivery.

Orders made before 12pm are delivered the same day, but orders made after 12pm are scheduled for next day delivery.

We do have a credit facility for retailers who have used Wasoko for 3 continuous months.

For you to access a credit facility at Wasoko, you must 

  1. Be an active Wasoko retailer for at least 3 months. 
  2. Placed at least 1 cash order every month for the last 3 months. 
  3. Final credit decision is based on additional factors like submitting all required KYC documentation and signing credit agreements.

Wasoko is currently in the  following countries: Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Zanzibar and Zambia.

Orders can be placed on the Wasoko App at any time of the day, any day of the week, but they will be delivered within business hours.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-2pm.
